Aims and Objectives

• Identify vulnerable and needy children and assist them in their developmental efforts — social, moral, spiritual, and educational.

• Provide for the rehabilitation of street children so that they can be fully integrated into the state school system.

• Assist marginalized parents with entrepreneurial skills and micro-credit loans to encourage financial independence in order to better support their childen.

• Provide guidance and counselling for both parents and children.

• Organize and host public educational programmes on issues such as health care.

• Promotion of child welfare and the rights of children according to United Nation Organization's Convention on Children.

• Assistance in community efforts to provide water and improve sanitation in marginalized areas of Takoradi-Secondi.

• Vocational training and apprenticeships for older, uneducated street children preparing to enter the work force.
